Each resident must sign a No Smoking Policy Lease Addendum that pohibits smoking anywhere inside the building as well as outdoor areas where smoking may contaminate indoor air. This means clean air no matter where you are.
At RCM Properties, we are committed to making the leasing process simple, respectful and enjoyable for our residents. From the initial introduction, to the screening process, move-in and ongoing life at our properties, we are with you every step of the way. We provide you with your own password protected Web portal to make repair request, view monthly statements and receipts as well as pay your rent directly on line. Of course, we are always available via email or text.
